Welcome to the Atlantic County Library System blog. The library system is the information center in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The library system includes ten branch libraries: Brigantine, Egg Harbor City, Egg Harbor Township, Galloway Township, Hammonton, Longport, Mays Landing, Pleasantville, Somers Point, and Ventnor. We also have a bookmobile and hours at the Buena Community Reading Center a the Buena Regional High School.
Our computerized public access catalog contains over 500,000 books and audio-visual items. In addition, the catalog includes a number of useful databases all of which are available 24/7 to those with a ACLS library card from home or from any of the ACLS branches. Also, visit favorite links of our librarians categorized by subject for interesting and helpful reference tools.
